Anti-social behaviour action plan.

The Government has set out its approach to stamping out anti-social behaviour by giving Police and Crime Commissioners, local authorities and other agencies the tools they need to tackle the issue.

Andrew Jones, Harrogate and Knaresborough MP, said: “It is good to see the Government giving more powers to local authorities and elected leaders to tackle anti-social behaviour. Too often this behaviour intimidates and annoys people trying to go about their lives in peace.”

“I hope this plan helps local agencies put a stop to this nuisance behaviour.”

As part of the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan, the Government are launching a consultation on anti-social behaviour powers and community safety partnerships. You can find out more about this consultation and take part here.
